Who are we?
The organisation is led and coordinated by two passionate and experienced Clinical Specialists, Steve Furnell and Jon Sions who both hold the same ideology of improving patient care and improving outcomes in life threatening emergencies. Both are experienced qualified nurses and resuscitation officers, who have known and worked together for many years (For each of their biographies – please click on link below) to help improve patient care.

Steve is known for his passion, enthusiasm, knowledge and honesty as he strives to achieve his goal of ensuring patients getting the best care possible. A qualified nurse by background his career has primarily been in acute cardiac nursing, pre hospital care, resuscitation, project management and clinical education. Currently Steve’s passion is to offer the wide range of clients we have the best advise possible alongside the highest quality training. He believes that a combination of these two elements improves patient outcomes. He remains current in his clinical practice by working part time for the NHS as a Senior Resuscitation Officer and is also a visiting lecturer in medical simulation.

Jon is known for his enthusiasm, knowledge and skills as he strives to achieve his goal of achieving a fun and effective learning platform. A qualified nurse by background his career has primarily been in emergency nursing, resuscitation, project management and clinical education. Jon has spent much of his career establishing programmes to improve patient care through effective education. Jon strives to ensure training programmes have a perfect balance of theory and practice to ensure that learners leave courses with the knowledge and confidence to apply what they have been learnt. He remains current in his clinical practice by working part time for the NHS as a Senior A&E Nurse and an ALS instructor.Our Team
